"Well, its simple...I love a good biscuit.

When it comes down to it, a biscuit must be smooth and tasty without the choke! One day I had a craving for my daughter Savannah’s buttermilk biscuits, which by the way derived from my Mother, Beaurie’s biscuit recipe. My daughter lives in another state and my Mother was on a cake venture, lol. So I set out to make a biscuit to satisfy my craving. The new recipe had to be tasty and not thick. They had to give me the experience like those of my Mother and my Daughter. After a few lackluster attempts, I stumbled across something that totally changed the biscuit game for me…get rid of the buttermilk, I thought. And so there it was, a smooth and tasty biscuit that melts in your mouth and does not include enriched or bleached flours! The creams require a certain mix and ratio to properly incorporate into the dry mix for reaching maximum taste value that includes a melting effect while eating. It does not cake-up in your mouth! Before you know it, you have eaten a half dozen of these things of happiness…and you can feel good about it…Get yours and enjoy!
